What is Rickety Cricket in DTLH famous for?
Other than our great craft beer selection, the “Cricket Dust Mimosa” with Glitter Bomb, and tongue tingling “Dazed & Cranfuzed” … we are most famous for the VIBE! Our atmosphere is unique and unlike any bar in town. We strive to provide our guests with the best customer service where anyone can feel welcomed and enjoy themselves.
What is the inspiration behind all those fun drinks?
One of Trevor and my most favorite things to do is to find the best unique places to eat and drink when we are in different cities. We love finding places that really stand out and provide you with an experience when you visit. We wanted to bring this WOW experience to our hometown we love so much. Being able to provide a little something for everyone has been amazing.
Rickety Cricket in DTLH has such good vibes. What's the secret to creating a culture of fun as you have done?
We really believe if it isn’t fun… why do it? Our team truly has a blast working here, and we feel our customers feel it the moment they walk through our doors. Our passion, follow through, and drive are also very motivating factors for our staff. We do what we say we are going to do, and we have been extremely open to how we can improve. The Cricket OGs: Laurie, Corey, Ashton, Brad, Ally, Sage, Anne, Stephen, and newer team mates: Brenden, Leyla and Jake, have taught us so much and we could not have done it without them!
What's your favorite part about First Friday?
Dressing up… DUH! We love theme nights! Letting the Cricket Crew let their hair down and be able to have some fun with the community is one of our favorite things on First Friday.
