WHAT’S BRANDI LEE MIXOLOGY ALL ABOUT?
I just launched Brandi Lee Mixology in late August/early September. I am a mobile bartending service for any event imaginable. My goal is to create a very exclusive and customized bar experience for those that I’m serving. Everything from personable interactions, custom signature cocktails that fit the theme of the event and taste buds of my client(s), homemade juices and syrups, beautiful presentation and garnishes, etc. I will bartend and create for any type of event including but definitely not limited to: birthday parties, weddings, holiday parties, corporate events, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, art galleries, retirement parties, private dinners, and so much more. The possibilities are endless!
BRANDI, TELL US ABOUT HOW YOU GOT INTO THE CRAFT OF MIXOLOGY
I originally started bartending at a 50’s diner/biker bar in CA where I’m originally from in 2018 and I have had various bartending jobs since then. I fell in love with the mixology side of bartending about a year ago and have been continuously educating myself and learning about the craft side of bartending. I love the artistic side of this path, I love being able to spend time creating a cocktail and handing it to someone and saying “okay try this.” Learning about flavor profiles, and what makes a balanced cocktail, etc. It taps into my creative side which I love. And to mixing that in with my passion of serving people creates so much happiness in what I do.

My drink of choice is a Miami Vice right now although that changes regularly 😂
Brandi has created a special First Friday drink! Grab a totally 80s, totally refreshing Miami Vice, shaken over ice with fresh strawberry puree @ YardCity from 6pm until they run out.
