Pinche Guero’s YardCity Pop Up Menu:

Yucatán style pork cochinita cooked for 12 hours in banana leaf with pickled red onion, cilantro, habanero hot sauce, crunchy chicharrón on hand made tortilla

Grilled Mexican street corn with chipotle aioli, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime and chili powder

Chorizo, melted cheese amd jalapeño pastelitos

Tres leches cake with vanilla cream, dulce du leche, lime zest
